Description

The construction is of a packaged type vertical design multistage shell and tube boiler. The water is in the shell side and the flue gases of combustion travel through the tubes in the shell. This is a rugged design boiler which can withstand a higher degree of hardness in the water. Blowdown valves are provided for removal of TDS in the boiler water.These generators have a casing that includes a combustion chamber fabricated from stainless steel, smoke tube/membrane, a flue oil burner and a blower. We also offer these generators in customized range, as per the needs of the patrons.

Hot Air Generator             : 1 Unit.

The Hot Air Generator is fully forced circulation type heater assembly and consists of shell and tube type s.s. pl. heat exchanger. It ensure optimum heat transfer.Thus minimum cleaning and optimum heat transfer is always ensured.

Fully automatic burner             : 1 Set.

DBEW would supply specially designed high temperature burner.

Blower Assly.

OPERATION CONTROL PANEL.             : 1 Set.

DBEW would supply dust proof control panel fabricated out of M.S.sheet and consisting of isolator switch, temperature controller cum indicators (inlet/outlet), and electrical switch gear. (SIEMENS/L&T/ABB or any standard co. make, indicating lamps etc..

EXCLUSION:
